While Ms. Voss reminds Justice that Isabelle's Shadow will likely have abilities beyond those of her Persona and that she shouldn't define her expectations based on who Isabelle had been, she complies. When she talks about the girl, there's no hiding the fondness or the sadness in her voice. It's obvious that she'd thought the world of Isabelle and, in some ways, still does.

She says that Isabelle had been a doer, the sort of person that worked hard to improve herself and everything around her. She organized volunteer efforts and pledge drives, she encouraged and protected her friends, she never let anything deter her. People had sometimes thought of her as being pushy or a busybody, but nobody had ever doubted her good intentions and Ms. Voss always thought the people that put her down were just jealous of her determination and strength.

She goes on to say that the girl's Persona had used air magic and had resembled a pop art Valkyrie, all bright colors and Ben Day dots with shining armor (including a winged diadem), bright windswept hair, and a two huge blades.
