Cecilia is unsure whether Marmaroth has multiple sets of arms and legs or if they just move so quickly that it seems so.
See, the thing is Marmaroth does not appear to be contained within a single timeline. At once an ancient woman, a young girl, and every age between, all superimposed upon one another. Each version of Marmaroth flickers in and out of existence so quickly that it's difficult to make out any discernible appearance at all. She's unsettling to look upon and Cecilia is uneasy around her.
