We're so so sorry for the late response! Somehow we missed or just lost track of this one. :( In future, please feel free to nudge us if we don't get back to you in a couple of days! That said, fortunately, there wasn't any big information missed here.
When Russ approaches Irene to ask about the tarot cards, she's already aware of the situation. Apparently, the denizens of the Velvet Room do talk to each other. While Irene seems more irritated about the presence of other entities in the Velvet Room than Lenore, she doesn't see any more concerned. Mostly, she just seems irritated by not knowing and by their presence having an impact on the Velvet Room. Even if Iason getting lost in September was pretty funny.
She reassures him by reminding him that Velvet Room denizens have minimal power in the real world anyway. Iason can heal and Flora can play with her little plants, she says, but none of the stronger magics work outside of the Velvet Room.
